Pupil voice at Beech Green is demonstrated by a whole-school commitment to listening to the views, wishes and experiences of all children and young people. It means placing value on what pupils tell school staff about their experiences as well providing a range of opportunities for children to contribute to the school and wider community.
Children are provided with meaningful opportunities to share their experiences, views and hopes about their school. Pupils are reassured that it is safe and important for them to express their views on what happens at school. They know that what they say is valued and will be listened to and considered.
Roles and Responsibilities at Beech Green
Every child is encouraged to make a positive contribution to school life because they belong to Beech Green. Our pupils are:

Every year all children are asked to give their opinions, complete surveys and contribute ideas which shape the school vision.
