Caretaker/Site Manager Vacancy

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Site Manager to join our hardworking and dedicated team at Beech Green.  The successful applicant needs to have high expectations, be adaptable and a good team player.   

Are you:

Hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient; 
Able to demonstrate competency in basic building repairs and maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing; 
Able to demonstrate basic skills in IT? 
 
Do you: 
Have experience of undertaking site management in a primary school or equivalent site; 
Have good communication skills; 
Have the ability to prioritise and manage workflow of yourself and others?

The position is for 37 hours per week, all year round 
Monday – Friday : 7.15am  11.10am; 2.30pm6.00 pm 
Working hours may be negotiable for the right candidate and depending on experience
