We are looking to appoint a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Assistant to join our team. This is an important role within our school, helping to ensure that lunchtime is a safe, enjoyable and positive experience for all children.
Main Responsibilities
Supervising children during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors.
Encouraging positive play and helping children to build friendships.
Organising and leading games and activities.
Promoting good behaviour and supporting children to resolve minor disagreements.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
Assisting children with their needs during lunchtime.
Working as part of a supportive team to create a happy and inclusive environment.
